Roderick 'Rod' Echols
Roderick "Rod" Echols, is a Musician, dedicated Student of Healing-Sound Therapy, Master Inventor in the field of Technology, Freelance Photographer, Writer, Thought Leader, Expert Personal Development Facilitator, and Transformation Advocate. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
Professionally, Rod has been in the field of technology since 1992 and is currently also employed as a Software Engineer at Lenovo and has recently achieved Master Inventor status with over 40 patents filed with the US Patent office.
Rod is a skilled personal development facilitator for both individuals and groups. His past involvement with the International men’s personal development organization New Warrior Training Adventure, gave rise to him being one of the founders of Inward Journey Underground Railroad Adventure Chicago, an intensive emotional healing experience that supports adults suffering from the wounds of the past. Just in the past year Rod was honored to Co-Lead a Weekend Healing for the Grand opening of the All Nations Healing Center in Yellow Bear Canyon, SD for the Lakota of Pine Ridge. He has traveled both nationally and internationally to support youth personal development and educational enrichment, and has developed a successful “Rites of Passage” curriculum for a major social service agency.
Rod and Niambi have been married for over 15 years.
